         Scientific orientation:

       a) Magnetohydrodynamics of solar atmosphere;
b) pulsars;
c) cosmology;
d) shear flows – nonlinear flows
e) Earth’s magnetosphere

         Director: Jumber Lominadze, member of the Georgian Academy of Sciences.

        Members of Academy: One member (J. Lominadze) and one corresoonding member (G. Chagelishvili) of the GAS, 7 doctors of sciences (including 2 members of the GAS), 11 candidates of sciences.
